Fixed term appointment for 12 months, 0.75 FTE
The University is seeking to appoint a fixed-term, 0.75 FTE lecturer in Musicology. The post is being created to cover duties for a current permanent member of staff to focus on a period of more intensive research.
The successful applicant will join a dynamic and energetic team, dedicated to providing high quality teaching and research. For the purposes of this post, musicology would be defined broadly and would be likely to include:
- Undergraduate teaching: contributions to Introduction to Music Research; Popular Music Studies; Final Year Projects; and Music, Gender and Identity.
- Postgraduate teaching: contributions to departmental research colloquia and research student training sessions.
