It is an exciting time to join our award-winning Estates and Facilities Team as we have ambitious plans to develop our team, systems and procedures across all areas of our Property Services function at the University of Huddersfield.
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join Property Services and lead our Project Management and Surveying Team with a particular focus on driving forward the development of this essential service.
Working in our small but very busy office, the successful applicant will have extensive relevant experience and a successful track record of management and leadership of a project management and surveying team. Educated to Degree level in a relevant property related discipline with membership of a professional body such as RICS, RIBA, APM or equivalent, the ideal candidate will have a wide knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry, have substantial experience and the ability to lead a team of construction professionals within Estates and Facilities.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
