We are looking for a lecturer in Late Medieval/ Early Modern History who can provide inspirational and engaging teaching to undergraduates and postgraduates. Any region or focus will be considered, but preference may be given to applicants who can offer an international option. You should have a degree and PhD in the relevant areas with an established publication record and experience in undergraduate teaching.
The successful candidate will contribute to team taught modules but will also have the opportunity to develop their own modules. You will be expected to participate in the wider activities of the subject area including personal tutoring and undertaking recruitment and external engagement activities. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and a desire to work collaboratively with colleagues across the school of Arts and Humanities.
