In addition, you will actively engage in subject, professional and/or pedagogy research and scholarship.
You will be an engaging teacher with an excellent background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, be keen to conduct high quality research and can contribute to our strategic ambitions. You will have a broad set of skills but can teach an in-depth knowledge of academic theory and practice in the discipline of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
With a PhD in the subject area, you will have demonstratable evidence of successful undergraduate teaching experience. In addition, you will have a publication record in the field of Electrical/Electronic Engineering. A formal teaching qualification/HEA membership or requirement to obtain this membership within 12 months of the appointment is also required.
You will join an expert and vibrant team, with specialism in areas such as precision engineering, intelligent interfaces, systems engineering, and diagnostics, and will bring further energy and skillset to the team offering expertise in your field of work.
