We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious lecturer to join the Department of Psychology. Applicants with any speciality will be considered but we would particularly welcome applications from candidates with expertise in the area of developmental psychology, and/or who could contribute to teaching qualitative research methods.
The successful applicant will make a significant contribution to the research agenda and mission of the department. In this context you should capable of attracting funding from external grant agencies, and contributing to the next REF at an appropriate level. You will already hold – or be about to complete - a PhD in psychology and will use your research in teaching. This will enable students to learn from knowledgeable and well-qualified educators who are at the forefront of their subject area.
